2009 Released her 5th album "Aasmaan" Became the Brand Ambassador for LG-Mobiles 2008 Became the Brand Ambassador for PONDs Age Miracle (by UNI Lever) 2007 Hadiqa became the first Pakistani main stream artist to release a complete English Album called "Rough Cut" In the same year she became the Brand Ambassador for PEL Electronics. 2006 Hadiqa was awarded Tamghai Imtiaz (one of the highest civil awards) by the Goverrnment of Pakistan 2005 Recieved the Best Female Pop Singer Award by Indus Music. 2004 Recieved the Best Female Pop Singer Award by Indus Music (The most popular Music Channel Of Pakistan).

2002-03 Signed by "UNI LEVER" for Sunsilk Shampoo. Performed live concerts in USA , Canada , U.K, Middle East, Far East, Australia and Norway, Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey on multiple occasions.

2000-01 Signed by "UNI LEVER" for celebrity endorsement of LIPTON YELLOW LABEL.

2000 Won PTV World viewer's choice award for the best female singer.

1999 Second album "ROSHNI" sold over 1000,000 copies. Her song "Boohay Barian" aclaimed international appreciation in the south asian community.
